At Qualicare our Pinecrest Physical Therapy at Home includes Comprehensive assessments and re-evaluations to determine the patient’s status and patient/caregiver ability to learn customized home exercise programs that will restore patient’s life of function or maintain their current level to prevent further functional decline.

Professional Physical Therapy

Licensed, certified and professionally trained physical therapists will include the patient/caregiver in the customization of their therapy goals to deliver Pinecrest Physical Therapy that will restore function and maintain maximum performance by using interventions and techniques of exercise, massage, non-pharmaceutical pain management techniques, modalities, stretching, joint mobilization techniques, and continuous education on patient specific disease process, condition and treatment.

Instruction and supervision of patient/caregiver ability to use proper body mechanics and techniques when utilizing ambulation and mobility assistance device(s) (ie. wheelchairs, electric scooters, crutches, canes, walkers, rollators, braces, amputee training in the use prosthetic and orthotic devices, mechanical and manual lifts (Hoyer lifts, trapeze))

Advanced Physical Therapy

Individualized care and rapport with medical professionals and physicians ordering patient’s care for goals attainment and patient status updates, modifications to treatment.
